Individual Counseling & Services:

Individual Counseling is a powerful process to promote change and development. I specialize in counseling children, adolescents and adults. My clinical approach is built around the client-centered theory; I also draw from numerous theories including cognitive behavioral, existential, and gestalt therapies. I work with clients to create a safe environment where one can feel comfortable and explore concerns without judgment.

Family Counseling:

Family Counseling is a powerful process that brings family members together to strengthen the family context. Much like my individual counseling style, family therapy focuses on creating a safe environment for all individuals to feel comfortable to express feelings and concerns without judgment. My family counseling style draws from numerous theories and approaches.

In-Home Counseling Services:

In-Home Counseling services (IHC) offers busy parents and their families a better way to access the counseling services they need, in the comfort of their own homes. IHC services are available for the entire family and/or individual children and adolescents between the ages of 5-17 years old.

These 50-minute counseling sessions occur in the family home, once or twice per week for 3-6 months.
