About Edward P. Darrah

Edward Darrah is currently a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and is triple board-certified as a counselor, school counselor, and telemental health provider. Additionally, Edward is certified as a school counselor in Pennsylvania.

Edward earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Neumann University in 2009 and also played Division III baseball during his tenure. Upon graduation, he completed an internship that focused on sport performance within a private practice in Bethlehem, PA.

Subsequently, Edward attended La Salle University, graduating with a master’s in clinical-counseling psychology with a concentration in organizational consulting, in May 2012. He completed his practicum at Amtrak within the company’s Employee Assistant Program in New York City. His clinical internship was at Northeastern Health Services (NHS) in Delaware County, PA. In addition to his graduate work and clinical placements, Edward worked as an assistant baseball coach at Arcadia University for two seasons.

In 2017, Edward completed his post-master’s certificate in school counseling (PreK-12) from Immaculata University. He completed his internship at Lower Merion High School.

Most recently in November 2018, Edward joined the Temple Athletics staff as a full-time Mental Health & Performance Counselor.

Ed lives in Philadelphia, PA. During his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
